菊花辐射后代部分器官维管束与气孔的解剖观察

摘    要:为探讨辐射诱变对菊花后代的影响,采用活体机械切片,对辐射处理的菊花扦插后代于营养生长期对叶片表皮气孔、叶柄及茎部维管束进行了解剖观察,发现经不同辐射剂量处理的菊花其维管束数量和大小、单位面积内气孔的数量与未处理的相比存在差异,不同的辐射剂量与其后代的解剖结构变化直接相关。

Abstract:In order to discuss the effect of the irradiated-induction on the offspring of the Chrysanthemum, the offsprings are used as the experimental materials.The stomata in the epidermis of the leaf and the vascular bundle of the leafstalk and stem have been observed anatomically with the vivisection. It is found our that the number and the size of the Chrysanthemum vascular bundle have changed in different irradiation dosage, compared with contradistinguish, as well as the number of the stomata in a unit area of the leaf. The results show that different dosage of irradiation is directly related to the dissection structure of the Chrysanthemum offsprings.
