摘    要:采用水培实验研究了不同浓度四环素、环丙沙星暴露对小白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,进一步通过微生物培养方法探讨了抗生素暴露对小白菜幼苗中抗生素耐药内生细菌的影响。结果表明,4 mg·L-1四环素暴露能促进小白菜种子萌发时的根伸长和芽伸长,高于4 mg·L-1的四环素和不同浓度环丙沙星暴露均抑制小白菜种子萌发,且暴露剂量越高抑制作用越明显。在幼苗生长阶段,两种抗生素暴露下植株的根长和株高均呈现随着暴露剂量增加抑制作用加强的趋势。同时,抗生素暴露明显提高了小白菜幼苗中耐药内生细菌的比例,且该比例随着抗生素暴露剂量的增加显著上升。

Abstract:The effects of tetracycline and ciprofloxacin exposure on Chinese cabbage seed germination and seedling growth were assessed using hydroponic culture. Further, the effects of antibiotic exposure on antibiotic-resistant endophytic bacteria colonizing Chinese cabbage seedlings were evaluated through microbial cultivation. The results showed that ciprofloxacin and tetracycline at any concentration higher than 4 mg·L-1 have inhibitory effects, and that these effects are more obvious at higher concentrations, on shoot and root elongation of Chinese cabbage seedlings, while tetracycline at a concentration of 4 mg·L-1 promoted seed germination. At the seedling growth stage, the inhibitory effects on the root length and plant height of Chinese cabbage seedlings were strengthened with increase in the concentrations of both antibiotics. In addition, antibiotic exposure can significantly increase the abundance of corresponding resistant endophytic bacteria, which increase with an increase in the dosage of antibiotics, in vegetable seedlings.
