豆蚜种群消长与蚕豆苗生长的相互关系

摘    要:本文用同工酶技术研究了豆蚜种群消长与蚕豆苗生长的相互关系。结果表明,接蚜初期豆蚜种群呈指数曲线增长。当豆蚜种群密度达饱和时,蚕豆苗过氧化物酶活性增加32.6%,同工酶谱在 C 区酶带增加一条,蚕豆苗生长受到影响,导致豆蚜种群呈指数曲线下降。当过氧化物酶活性增加52%,C 区酶带增加两条时,豆蚜几乎全部迁离植株,且不能回接。根据豆蚜与蚕豆苗间的相互关系,提出了控制豆蚜与蚕豆苗生长的相互比例关系方法。


ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE GROWTH OF BROAD BEAN SEEDLING,VICIA FABA VAR.MAJOR AND THE POPULATION DYNAMIC OF BEAN APHID,APHIS CRACCIVORA(HOMOPTERA:APHIDIDAE)
Abstract:This is the first part of a report on a program of mass rearing of aphidiid parasite,Lipolexis sp.employed in the biocontrol of bean aphid, Aphis craccivora.Variations of the activities of isoenzyme peroxidase of broad bean seedlings were studied under the conditions with bean aphid feeding and without bean aphid feeding.The results showed that the acti- vities and isoenzyme of peroxidase of broad bean seedling without bean aphids feeding were similar within 20 days.While in about first 6 days under the condition with bean aphids feeding the activity of peroxidase and the electropherogram of peroxidase isoenzyme of broad bean seedling was the same as that without bean aphids feeding.The population of bean aphids increased exponentially.In about 12 days,the activity of peroxidase of broad bean seedling increased 32% and one band of peroxidase isoenzyme added in region C of the electropherogram comparing with that without bean aphids feeding,the population of bean aphids stopped increasing under such conditions.In about 18 days,the activity of peroxidase of broad bean seedling increased 54% and two bands of peroxidase isoenzyme added in the region C comparing with that without bean aphids feeding.By such conditions,the population of bean aphids decreased exponentially.Thus the electropherogram proved to be a good indicator for the aphid growth.
