万寿菊提取叶黄素专用品种筛选及配套技术研究

摘    要:通过选定的5个品种的比较,筛选出适合作为生产叶黄素的专用品种‘99022’,‘99001’及‘99146’,这些品种花期长,鲜花产量高,色素含量高,均地上海及其周边地区种植,花色越深,叶黄素含量也相对越高,单花重,单株鲜花重和鲜花总产量尽管品种间存在较大差异,但所选出的3个品种均以74000株/hm^2密度处理的表现最高,通过本研究还提出了相应的万寿菊栽培方案。

Abstract:From the comparison among 5 marigold variety,'99022','99001'and'99146'were screened, which adapted for producing lutein.These varieties were all adapted to planting in Shanghai and neighborhood area , with the characters of long flowering period, high flower weight and high pigment content. The deeper flower's colour, the content of lutein was higher. There were obvious difference among 3 varieties in per flower weight, flower weight per plant and total flower yield. The best planting density was 74000 plant/hm2. Through this experiment , planting technique of marigold was studied.
