| 摘 要： | 浙江省欠发达地区经济发展的滞后固然因素较多,但人才资源的匮乏是其中最重要的因素之一。以浙江省丽水市为例,对浙江欠发达地区农业技术人才需求进行了调研,并对农业技术人员现状及专业需求进行了分析,以期为浙江欠发达地区农业人才引进和培养提供参考。

| Abstract: | Although there are many factors for the backward economic development in the underdeveloped areas in Zhejiang Province,the scarcity of personnel resources is one of the most important factors.Taking Lishui as an example,the demand of agricultural technical personnel in the underdeveloped areas in Zhejiang Province is investigated.The status and specialty demand of agricultural technical personnel are analyzed to provide reference for the personnel introduction and training. |
