辣椒雄性不育杂种一代生化特性与农艺性状的相关分析

摘    要:本文估算辣椒雄性不育杂种一代农艺性状与花蕾和叶片中生化物含量间、花蕾和叶片中生化物质含量间及花蕾或叶片中生化物质含量间的相关系数。结果表明,叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶活性与植株形态性状间相关性较强,游离脯氨酸和IAA含量与果实性状间相关密切。花蕾中可溶性糖和过氧化物酶活性与果实性状间的相关性较强,IAA含量与植株形态性状间相关密切。可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质在花蕾和叶片中的含量有一定的相关性,IAA、ABA、ZRs含量和过氧化物酶活性的相关性很小。

Abstract:Correlation coefficients between agronomic characters and biochemical matter contents in flower buds and leaves, between biochemical matter contents in flower buds and that in leaves, between every two groups each other among the biochemical matter contents in flower buds and between these in leaves of CMS hybrids were estimated in pepper. Results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein and POD activity in leaves have bigger correlation with plant characters, the contents of free proline and IAA in leaves have bigger correlation with fruits characters. The content of soluble sugar and POD activity in flower buds have bigger correlation with fruits characters, the contents of IAA in flower buds have bigger correlation with plant characters. The contents of soluble sugar, free proline and soluble protein in flower buds have bigger correlation with these in leaves, but the vise versa for the contents of IAA, ABA and ZRs and POD activity.
