| 摘 要： | 将老龄卢氏鸡(73~77周龄)所产的绿壳种蛋和粉壳种蛋分别分为3类(正常蛋、沙皮蛋、皱纹蛋),入孵3批。试验结果表明:无论是粉壳蛋中还是绿壳蛋中,沙皮蛋的受精率、受精蛋孵化率及入孵蛋健雏孵出率与对照组(正常蛋)相比,差异均极显著(P<0.01),3个孵化指标平均分别比对照组低11.9%、15.3%、23.1%;皱纹蛋的受精率与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05),但受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋健雏孵化率与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),两个孵化指标平均分别比对照组低9.7%、9.8%;而绿壳蛋中与粉壳蛋中对应组间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。 |

| Abstract: | Green eggshell eggs and pink eggshell eggs produced by the old chicken of Lushi were divided into three groups and hatched three times,including normal eggs,sand-shell eggs and wrinkle-shell eggs.The result showed: in the green and pink eggshell eggs groups,the fertilizing rate,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs and the percentage of healthy day-old chicks in all hatched eggs were significant differences from the normal egg group(P<0.01).And three indexes of hatching are equally separately lower by 11.9%,15.3%, 23.1% than that normal group;There is not significant difference in fertilizing rate between normal egg group and wrinkle egg group(P>0.05),But there is significant difference in hatching rate of fertilized egg,and the percentage of healthy day-old chicks in all hatched eggs compared with normal egg group(P<0.05),And two indexes of hatching are equally separately lower by 9.7%,9.8% than normal egg group.And the difference between the normal egg group of the green eggshell and the pink eggshell is not remarkable(P>0.05). |
