摘    要:根据玉米育种和生产实践,筛选13个塘四平头改良系(P1),15个非塘四平头自交系(P2)。采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计,组配不完全双列杂交组合,田间调查性状并室内考种。研究结果表明,各性状配合力在P1、P2组内不同自交系间存在差异,P1和P2内遗传变异丰富,类群间杂种优势明显。P1、P2的主要产量性状和稳产性相关性状GCA表现良好,GCA方差与SCA比值均大于1,11个性状的加性方差均大于非加性方差,说明11个性状在P1、P2的组合间以加性效应为主。试验证明,P1、P2具有较好的轮回选择及组配优势组合的遗传潜势,通过群体轮回选择聚合微效基因以改良主要性状表现型切实可行。

Abstract:According to the production practice and maize breeding,thirteen improved lines of Tangsipingtou(P1) and 15 inbred lines of non Tangsipingtou(P2) were screened.Using NCⅡ design,the combining abilities of 11 characters in 2 maize populations were analyzed.The results showed that there was a difference in combining ability of different inbred lines belongs to P1 or P2 group.Twenty eight inbred lines in P1 and P2 showed better,especially in the main yield characters.Analysis of combining ability for the traits with significant variations for two populations was carried out.It showed that the main effect of the character for P1and P2 was the additive effect.The additive variances of 11 characters were greater than non-additive variance.So transmigration was an effective way to improve the main character.
