木材力学性质和木材切削力与木材密度之间的关系

摘    要:对花旗松、水曲柳的密度和力学性质进行了测试,分析了木材主切削力与木材密度之间的关系。结果表明,如同已有的研究结果,随着木材密度的增大,各主要木材力学性质的值以及木材主切削力也变大;在不同的切屑厚度和不同的切削角度条件下,以及相对于纤维方向的不同的切削方向上,木材主切削力与木材密度之间都有线性关系。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors conducted tests on density and mechanics characters of Pseudotuga menziesii and Fraxinus mandshurica . Furthermore, analysed the relationship between wood cutting-force and wood density. Just like the study results in the past, this result shows that the values of each main wood mechanics character and wood main-cutting-force increase with the increase of wood density; under situations of different chip-thickness and chip-angles, and different chip-direction, there are linear relationship between wood main-cutting-force and wood density.
