摘    要:对信阳地区食用菌生产中存在的食用菌菌种管理混乱、质量差、栽培原料单一、产品加工方法简单等诸多问题进行调查分析 ,提出了加强食用菌宏观市场培育、原料资源综合利用和新技术推广应用等措施来促进本区食用菌产业发展

Abstract:Considering such problems exist in edible mushroom manufacture as poor of management vaccines low quality of mushrooms products,singularity of cultivation material,and simplification of processing,the author made a deep research and came to some practical solutions:strengthen management of mushroom market,make full advantage of material resource,utilize and spread new technique,take other measures so as to promote local edible mushroom industry.
