摘    要:目的]研究低温处理对紫苏抗逆性生理指标的影响,确定紫苏所能承受的低温时间。方法]以无病虫害的紫苏自顶端第5~8片叶为试材,分别进行0(对照)、12、24、36、48和60 h的低温处理,对其脯氨酸、丙二醛含量以及电导率进行测定与分析。结果]不同低温处理时间下紫苏叶片的抗逆性生理指标存在明显差异。紫苏叶片的丙二醛含量和电导率均随低温处理时间的延长而逐步上升;低温处理12 h后,叶片脯氨酸含量达到最大值,低温处理12~60 h,脯氨酸含量逐渐减少。结论]紫苏所能承受的低温处理时间不超过48 h,低温处理12 h时其抗逆性最强。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to study the effect of low temperature treatment on the resistant physiology indexed of Perilla frutescens and confirm the low-temperature treatment time that P.frutescens could be endured.Method] The top 5-8 leaves without disease and pest were treated at low-temperature for 0(CK),12,24,36,48 and 60 h and their proline and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents and conductivity were determined and analyzed.Result] Under different low-temperature treatment time,the resistant physiology index of P.frutescens was obviously different.MDA contents and conductivity of the leaves of P.frutescens gradually increased with the delay of the low-temperature treatment time.The proline content in the leaves reached maximum after low-temperature treatment for 12 h and gradually decreased when the low-temperature treatment was in 12-60 h.Conclusion] The low-temperature treatment time that P.frutescens could endured wasn't over 48 h and P.frutescens had strong resistance when the low-temperature treatment for 12 h.
