| 摘 要： | 目的]探索鳊鱼血液生理生化指标和流变学性质。方法]测定鳊鱼血液生理生化指标和流变学指标共28项,并推算出4项,运用逐步回归分析法得出影响鳊鱼全血粘度的主要因子。结果]结果表明:影响鳊鱼全血粘度的主要因子为红细胞压积,红细胞聚集指数A1和A2。结论]该研究为鳊鱼的品种选育、人工繁殖和养殖及疾病防治等提供了生物学参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the blood physiological Biochemistry and hemorheological indices of Parabramis pekinensis were tested,with a total number of 28 tested indexes and 4 deduced indexes.By means of step by step regression analysis,it was shown that the common factors which effected whole blood viscosity of Parabramis pekinensis were hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index. |
