| 摘 要： | 当前，我国西部实施农业现代化方略既是必要的，也是可能的。以农业科技创新促进农业现代化的机理为依据，通过对我国西部农业现代化及其农业科技问题的基本判断，探求出一条以树立农业科技理念为导向、以加大农业科技投入为动力，以完善农业科技体制为保障、以培育农业科技人才为核心的推进我国西部农业现代化建设的农业科技创新之路。

| Abstract: | At present, the implement of the agricultural modernization in the west possesses not only the necessity, but also the possibility. The modernized mechanism of agricultural is the foundation with the agricultural science and technology innovation accelerating, by means of readches such agricultural deciding essentially of science and technology problem to the agricultural modernize in the west, pursueing out one innovates the route that carryes forward the agricultural modernize building in the west, its establishing runs to attend school to the direction of agricultural science and technology, driving force widen of the agricultural science and technology, improving the guarantee of system of the agricultural science and technology, breeding a talented person of agricultural science and technology to act as core agricultural science and technology. |
