摘    要:针对现代化农业对配套农机的迫切需求,考虑农机市场需求的多样性和个性化,为了缩短设计周期,提高现代化农机的设计效率,结合现代资源分布式管理技术,提出了一种融合云计算和参数化、模块化快速设计的农机CAE服务平台,并对其关键技术、设计理念和实现过程进行了深入的研究。在SaaS服务模式下,基于农机部件的模块化和参数化设计理念,构建了农机部件的CAE参数化建模和有限元分析云服务平台,并以有限元协同仿真计算为研究对象,验证了农机设计制造云服务平台的可行性。由典型农机收割机部件的建模和有限元分析发现:云设计制作服务平台可以快速地通过输入参数方法得到收割机支持件,并实现高速的有限元分析,在现代化农机设计中具有可行性。

The CAE Service Platform of Agricultural Machinery-Based on the Integration of Cloud Computing and Rapid Design Technology
Abstract:For supporting the urgent demand for agricultural modernization, considering the demand of the market of agri-cultural machinery diversity and individuality, in order to shorten the design cycle, improve the design efficiency of agri-cultural modernization, combined with modern distributed resource management technology, it presents a fusion of cloud computing and parameterization, modular rapid design of agricultural CAE service platform, researches on its key tech-nologies, designs the concept and implementation. In the SaaS service model, machine parts, modular and parametric design concept constructed agricultural machinery parts CAE parametric modeling and finite element analysis of cloud services platform, and using finite element method ( FEM) collaborative simulation is calculated as the object of study, it designs the manufacture of farm machinery of cloud services platform feasibility,which has been verified. Finally by the typical agricultural harvester parts modeling and finite element analysis , it was found that cloud design service platform can quickly through the method of input parameters obtained harvester support member, and the realize high speed of fi-nite element analysis,which showed to be feasible in the design of the modern agricultural.
