摘    要:随着玉米生产全程机械化的推进,解决多位专家学者提出理论专一而深入和一般家庭农场由于知识结构水平不齐带来的机具规模配置困扰问题已越来越突出。为此,通过探索玉米生产机械化过程中机播环节机具保有量配置情况对作业效率、成本等因素的影响关系,建立了不同种植面积、机具性能、机具折旧费、油耗费、维修管理费、人员工资等条件下的玉米播种机具保有量关系模型,开展不同模式下的机具保有量配置和节本效益分析,形成100~1 000 hm2条件下最优机具配置表和选型参考图,解决了玉米播种机具购置的盲目性和资金的浪费问题,充分发挥了机具效率,提高了生产率,为各有关单位制定决策提供了有力参考。

Abstract:With the development of corn mechanization , to solve the configuration issues caused by theorize specific &depth of experts and the knowledge structure uneven level of the family farm is increasingly prominent .In order to explore the relationship between corn planter and operating efficiency , cost and other factors during the process of production mechanization .Established the corn planter relational model under different planting area , equipment performance , e-quipment depreciation , fuel costs , maintenance and management fees , salaries and other conditions , analysis the benefit between corn planter and abridged by different modes , formed the optimal equipment configuration tables and selection of reference FIG at 100 to 1000 hectares .Solve the problem of blindness on purchasing equipment , increase productivity and equipment efficiency .Provide a strong reference to the relevant units to make decision .
