摘    要:脱粒滚筒是玉米收获机的重要零部件,对脱粒效果有着重要影响。为此,以脱粒滚筒为分析对象,应用Solid Works软件建立其三维模型,并导入到Hypermesh软件中进行网格划分,以Abaqus软件为求解器进行模态和静应力计算。分析结果表明:脱粒滚筒刚度薄弱位置出现在滚筒中间位置,后续若开发高性能样机,可以考虑在滚筒中间位置增设衬板,以提升滚筒刚度,从而为后续开发高工作性能脱粒滚筒提供了参考。

Abstract:Threshing cylinder is the important component of Corn Harvester, it has important influence on threshing effects. Based on threshing cylinder as the analysis object, applying solidworks software establishing 3D model, then im-porting the model into Hypermesh software finishing meshing models, finally using Abaqus software as the solver to calcu-late the modal and static stressing of the model. The analysis results show :The stiffness weak position appears in the middle of the drum, a lining board can be added in the middle of the drum position, in order to enhance the platen stiff-ness. By this research, the reference for subsequent roller structure optimization designing will be provided.
