摘    要:根据目前国内挤奶机械化的需求,研制了精密自动挤奶计量装置。该装置能够在奶牛挤奶完成后自动计量产奶量,将数据存储显示并通过CAN总线技术直接传输给上位机。系统采用计量杯式装置及磁浮子传感器相结合的方法进行奶量的测量,同时采用二电极方法进行奶牛的电导率检测,从而对奶牛乳房炎进行预判断。该装置其能够实现非接触的自动快速计量,作为奶采集量的自动计量装置具有检测精度高、电路可靠性好且使用方便、不需人工参与及检测流程清洁卫生等特点,降低了劳动强度,提高了挤奶效率。

Abstract:According to the current domestic demand for mechanized milking , developed a high precision automatic mil-king metering device , which can be automatically measured the cow milk production after completion of the milking , stor-age and display of the data , and which is transmitted directly to the PC through CAN bus technology .The system uses the methods is rely on the combination of the measuring cup type devices and magnetic sub -sensor to accurately measure the milk yield, real-time detection of milk flow , and to determine whether the velocity is lower than the set value to auto-matically take off the cup .While using two-electrode conductivity detection method to determine whether cows suffering mastitis according to the specified conductivity threshold .It can realize non-contact automatic measurement quickly , as the amount of milk collection automatic metering device with high precision , good reliability of the circuit , easy to use , does not need manual intervention , testing process clean sanitation , reduces the labor intensity , improve the efficiency of the milking .
