压缩生物质颗粒旋流燃烧炉结构设计与数值模拟

摘    要:针对目前生物质燃烧炉燃烧效果和设备成本的之间的矛盾,在压缩生物质颗粒燃烧炉的设计中引入旋流燃烧技术,设计了一种压缩生物质颗粒旋流燃烧炉,并采用Fluent软件对设计的压缩生物质颗粒旋流燃烧炉的性能进行了数值模拟。研究结果表明:设计的压缩生物质颗粒旋流燃烧炉的性能能够满足小型工业企业和家庭用户的需求,同时能够有效降低烟气中CO的含量,烟气中CO含量远远低于国家标准要求。研究结果对改进生物质燃烧炉结构、提高生物质燃烧炉性能等方面具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Aiming at solving the contradiction between the combustion efficiency and equipment cost of biomass combustion furnace, the method of swirl combustion is introduced to the compressed biomass pellet fuel combustion furnace to design a newly type of compressed biomass pellet fuel swirl combustion furnace.The designed combustion furnace is simulated by Fluent software to analysis its performance.The results show that the designed swirl combustion furnace for compressed biomass pellet can satisfy the requirement and effectively reduce the content of CO in flue gas, and the content of CO in flue gas is greatly lower than the standard requirement.This research has great significance on modifying the structure of the biomass combustion furnace and improving its performance.
