气吹悬浮供种滚筒式播种机吸附取种理论分析

摘    要:根据新疆番茄穴盘育苗排种器播种过程对种子的"单粒单穴"的农业工艺要求,创新设计了一种基于气吹悬浮供种方式的滚筒式番茄育苗播种机,解决了精密播种过程中多粒、空穴、漏播等问题。通过介绍播种机的主要结构及其播种原理,分析排种器吸附取种过程及种子瞬时吸附受力,得出滚筒吸附取种的条件。通过样机试验及吸附取种理论分析,得出影响播种机取种性能主要指标的主次关系依次为种箱结构气室正压力、吸孔的直径、滚筒转速。当种箱结构气室正压力为2.0k Pa、吸孔直径为1.5mm、滚筒转速为12r/min时,取种综合效果效果较理想。同时,通过试验设计及数据处理,得出较优水平组合,统计结果为:单粒率92.5%,多粒率5.3%,空穴率3.0%。气吹悬浮供种滚筒式育苗排种器的播种效果较佳,可满足农艺要求。

Abstract:According to the tomato plug seedling row for seeding process of seeds of the "single grain of single point" of the agricultural technology in Xinjiang, innovation designs a machine based on gas blowing suspension and suppling way of drum type tomato seeding , precision seeding in the process of multi-particle, hole, leakage sowing problem is solved. Through the introduction of the main structure of the seeder and seeding principle, analyze row for adsorption from process and seed instantaneous adsorption force and draw roller adsorption from the conditions. The primary and seconda-ry relationship of the main indicators of the performance of the plant is the main index of the air chamber pressure, the diameter of the suction hole and the rotating speed of the drum. When the gas chamber of the box structure is 2. 0kPa, the suction hole diameter is 1. 5mm, when the drum speed is 12r/min, the effect of the combined effect is more ideal. And through the experimental design and data processing, it is concluded that the optimal level combination, the statisti-cal results: rate of single seed:92 . 5%, multi-grain rate: 5 . 3%, the rate of hole:3 . 0%, air blowing suspended for roller type seedling row the seeding effect better, meet the agricultural requirements.
