生物柴油搅拌装置的设计

摘    要:生物柴油制备器械很多,但制备过程中油料预混合及配套加热器械却很少。为了进一步完善现今这一领域的不足,设计了一种适用于生物柴油的油料搅拌装置。为此,阐述了该装置的主要结构、工作原理和主要技术参数,并以200r/min的转速为标准,运用gambit进行图形绘制和网格划分,采用fluent软件对该机内部流场进行仿真分析,验证了其转速的合理性。基于STC89C51单片机和DS18B20的温度传感技术,设计了一种温度控制装置,可在生物柴油制备过程中使油料更好地进行预混合和加热,从而提高了生物柴油的制备效率和质量,减少了操作时间。

Abstract:A There are many preparation equipmentsofbiodiesel, but the equipment of oil pre-mixing and heating is rare.In order to further improve the current deficiencies in this field, a kind of oil mixing plant for biodiesel was designed, and it's main structure, working principle andmain technical parameters were expounded, graphic plotting and grid division were finished with GAMBIT, with rotation rate of 200r/min,the simulation analysis of internal flow fieldwas conducted with FLUENT, then rationality of rotation rate was verified.And based on STC89C51 singlechip and DS18B20 temperature sensing technology, a temperature control device was designed.In the preparation of bio diesel, theprocess of pre-mixing and heating would conduct better, then it's preparation efficiency and quality would be improved, and lessoperation timewould be realized.
