玉米剥皮机部件改进设计及三维仿真应用

摘    要:我国北方气候干燥,较适宜种植玉米、小麦等半干旱性农作物。玉米种植及收割均简单易行,唯一较难展开的工作是剥皮工作,而玉米剥皮机的出现极大地提高了玉米剥皮效率。当前,玉米剥皮机仍旧存在一些弊端导致剥皮效率不佳,为进一步提升机器工作效率,需对玉米剥皮机关键部件进行改进。因此,对玉米剥皮机部件改进进行了分析,并展开了三维仿真。

Abstract:in the north of China, the climate is dry, which is suitable for the cultivation of maize, wheat and other semi dry crops. Corn planting and harvesting are simple and easy, the only more difficult to expand the work is the peeling. Corn peeling machine appears to greatly improve the efficiency of corn peeling. The maize peeling and there are still some drawbacks lead to poor efficiency of peeling, to further enhance the work efficiency of the machine, the need to improve the key parts of corn peeling machine, the corn husker components improved analysis, and develop a three-dimensional simulation.
