摘    要:籽瓜是新疆地区广泛种植的经济作物之一,年均种植面积高达26.7万hm2。目前籽瓜种植品种日益增多,加之瓜农对籽瓜收获技术要求的不断提升,不断改进前期研制的籽瓜捡拾脱籽联合收获机以提升籽瓜收获率和瓜农收入,降低收获成本。为此,根据新疆地区对打瓜收获机械的要求,采用Solid Works软件平台中的建模方式,构建打瓜捡拾脱籽联合收获机虚拟样机模型,并对其关键零部件参数和结构展开设计及优化,以期为类似改进研制提供重要的借鉴。

Based on the Virtual Prototype of a Kind of Watermelon Collecting De-seeding Combine Research
Abstract:The seed of melon is widely cultivated in Xinjiang area economic one of crops , the annual average planting ar-ea up to 267000 hm2 , aiming at seed melon planting varieties increased , and farmers to seed melon harvest and continu-ous increase of technical requirements , continuously improve the early stage of the development of melon seed collecting de-seeding joint function effectively improve seed melon harvest yield and farmers'income , decrease the cost of harvest . In this paper , according to the requirement of the xinjiang region of a kind of watermelon harvest machinery and equip-ment, USES the digital design method , using Solidworks software platform in the modeling way , build a kind of water-melon collecting de-seeding combine virtual prototyping model , and its key components parameters and structure design and optimization , so as to provide important reference for similar improvement research .At the same time , in the process of product development using virtual prototype technology , can effectively optimize machine design scheme , to a certain extent , shorten product development cycle , saving development costs unnecessarily .
