基于模糊层次分析法的联合收割机性能评价

摘    要:为了对联合收割机的各项性能指标及总体性能进行评价,用于指导联合收割机的改进设计,建立了基于模糊层次分析法的联合收割机评价体系。首先,由专家利用经三角模糊数优化的模糊层次分析法和0.1~0.9标度法确定联合收割机各级指标的权重系数;然后,以某型号联合收割机为例,由评审团运用单因素模糊综合评判法对其二级指标进行评判;最后,得到一级指标和总体性能的评价等级。结果表明,该型号联合收割机综合性能良好。经分析,改进设计时应着重考虑改善损失率、舒适性、节能性等指标。

Abstract:In order to guide its improvement design, the combine-harvester evaluation system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was established based.Firstly, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process optimized by triangular fuzzy number and 0.1~0.9 scale law were used by experts to get the weight coefficient of index at all levels;and then, with the example of a type of combine harvester, the single factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used by the panel to judge the secondary indexes;finally got primary index and overall performance rating, the conclusion shows that the comprehensive performance of the type of combine harvester is good.The analysis showed that loss rate, comfort index, energy saving and so on should be improved to optimize its design.
