| 摘 要： | 通过对近几年湛江农垦甘蔗健康种苗繁育体系实施过程中遇到的品种选择、体系管理、技术层面、设施条件、用工管理问题，逐一总结分析，提出做好繁育体系的有关4个方面的改进意见：(1)改进培育技术方案；(2)完善管理方式、模式；(3)科学安排实施进度；(4)配套完善设备设施场地建设。

| Abstract: | The problems in variety choosing, system management, technical management, equipment and worker management in the implementation of healthy sugarcane seedling propagation system at the state farms in Zhanjiang are analyzed. And countermeasures are put forward for the propagation system, including improvement of propagation techniques, perfecting of management styles, scientific arrangement of implementing process, perfecting of equipments and infrastructures. |
