饲粮纤维和镁对肉鸡生长发育及组织中矿物元素含量的影响

摘    要:在玉米淀粉——大豆分离蛋白纯合饲粮中,加入不同水平的苜蓿纤维和镁,饲予56日龄(星布罗 D 系母)内鸡,研究了饲粮纤维、镁对肉鸡生长发育及组织中矿物元素的影响,结果如下:①饲粮纤维和镁水平对内鸡增重、采食量及饲料利用效率都无显著影响(p>0.05)。②纤维和镁对血液中的锌、铁、钾、钠、磷无显著影响(p>0.05),低纤维时,镁对血液中镁无显著影响(p>0.05),高纤维时,镁水平升高,血液中镁显著升高(p<0.05),当镁水平相同时,随着纤维水平的提高,血液中钙含量显著降低(p<0.05)。当镁低水平时,纤维升高则血液中镁显著降低(p<0.05),镁高水平时,无显著变化(p>0.05)。随着饲粮纤维水平提高,羽毛中镁含量显著降低,而胫骨中锰和肝脏镁含量则显著升高(p<0.05)。③饲粮镁水平的提高,血液镁、胫骨镁、肝脏镁含量都显著升高(p<0.05);而胫骨钠、钙、磷的含量却显著的降低(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Effects of fiber and magnesium on performance and mineral element contents in tissues of broilers were studied with purified basal diet supplemented with different levels of fiber and magnesium.The results showed that weight gain,feed in- take and feed efficiency were not significantly affected by dietary supplemented fiber and magnesium,calcium and magne- sium contents in blood,magnesium content in feather were significantly decreased (p<0.05),but mangenese content in tibia and in liver were significantly increased (p<0.05) with dietary supplementation of fiber.Magnesium contents in blood,tibia and liver were significantly increased (p<0.05),but sodium,calcium and phosphorus contents in tibia were significantly decreased (p<0.05) with dietary supplementation of magnesium.
