摘    要:选择500 kg左右体重的西门塔尔肉牛9头,随机分为3个处理,每个处理3头牛,每头牛1个重复,粗饲料分别饲喂酒糟和稻草秸秆、青贮高粱、青贮苎麻和玉米秸秆。结果表明,在生长性能方面:青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组和酒糟组较青贮高粱组末重分别提高了4.67%和4.27%,差异显著(P0.05);平均日增重分别提高了50.00%和52.33%,差异显著(P0.05);在血清生化指标方面:三个处理组总蛋白、白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶差异不显著(P0.05);青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较酒糟、稻草秸秆组球蛋白、血糖分别降低了76.31%、25.51%,差异显著(P0.05);较青贮高粱组分别降低了78.37%、27.00%;青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较酒糟、稻草秸秆组低密度脂蛋白降低了5.38%,差异显著(P0.05);较青贮高粱组降低了20.90%,差异不显著(P0.05)。在血清尿素氮方面,青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较青贮高粱组提高了29.66%,差异不显著(P0.05),但较酒糟、稻草秸秆组降低了22.34%,差异显著(P0.05);在高密度脂蛋白方面:青贮苎麻与玉米秸秆组较青贮高粱组降低了29.84%,差异不显著(P0.05),但较酒糟、稻草秸秆组降低了43.46%,差异显著(P0.05)。

Effects of Differentt Dietary Sources of Roughage on Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Simmental Bulls
Abstract:Nine 500 kg body weight Simmental Bulls were cheese and randomly divided into three groups with three cattales per group,and cattles in different groups were fed three diets with lees﹑straw,silage sorghum and silage ramie with corn straw. Experimental results show that:1﹚ on growth performance:silage ramie with corn straw and lees﹑straw group was increased by 4.67% and 4.27% with silage sorghum group in final weight,the significant difference ﹙P<0.05﹚;The average daily gain increased by 50.00% and 52.33%,the significant difference ﹙P<0.05﹚;2﹚ in the Serum Biochemical Parameters:TG﹑GLB and ALP no significant difference ﹙P>0.05﹚ in three treatments; Silage ramie with corn straw group than lees﹑straw group blood glucose was reduced by 76.31% and 25.51%, the significant difference ﹙P<0.05﹚,with silage sorghum group was reduced by 78.37% and 27.00%. Ramie and corn straw silage group of LDL in the lees﹑straw group was reduced by 51.38%, significant difference ﹙P<0.05﹚,with silage sorghum group was reduced by 20.90%,the difference was not significant ﹙P>0.05﹚. In serum urea nitrogen,silage ramie with corn straw was increased by 29.66% with silage sorghum group,no significant difference ﹙P>0.05﹚,but reduced by 22.34% with the lees﹑straw group,significant difference ﹙P<0.05﹚. In high density lipoprotein,silage ramie with corn straw group was reduced by 29.84% with silage sorghum,no significant difference ﹙P>0.05﹚,but reduced by 43.46% with lees﹑straw group,significant difference﹙P<0.05﹚.
