| 摘 要： | 农村癌症老人的家庭护理是指家属在家里和医院全程为老人提供精神抚慰与日常生活的照料,包括住院治疗、在家养病及临终3个阶段。由于传统观念、医疗知识、现实生活、屈从心态等影响因素,使得癌症老人仅从心理、吃喝拉撒等方面获得简单护理,导致其生活质量不高,生存时间不长。解决的办法有3个:一是主治医生延伸家庭护理指导;二是家人积极主动咨询医生和学习护理常识;三是村卫生室拓展家庭护理服务项目。

An Investigation on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Family Care of Rural Cancer Aged People |

| Abstract: | The fami1y care of rura1 e1der1y cancer refers to fami1ies throughout the home and hospita1 for the e1der1y providing menta1 he1p comfort and dai1y 1ife care, inc1uding hospita1ization, recuperation and dying in three stages. There are some in-f1uences, the traditiona1 ideas, the medica1 know1edge, rea1 1ife and menta1ity. Which make the e1der1y cancers get simp1e care from the aspects such as psycho1ogica1, eat and drink pu11 scatter, so their qua1ity of 1ife is 1ow, and the surviva1 time is not 1ong. The so1ution has three ways: firstly, the doctor extend fami1y nursing instruction; secondly, the fami1y ought to consu1t the doctor and 1earning nursing know1edge active1y; thirdly, the vi11age c1inics to expand home care services. |
