摘    要:为测试卷烟的燃烧锥由于弹烟灰动作而导致掉落提出一种新的测试方法,并针对该方法设计一种测试卷烟燃烧锥掉落率的自动化装置。采用负压风机、电磁阀构成的气路实现对卷烟的自动抽吸,用电磁铁敲击卷烟来模拟人的弹烟灰动作,自动化装置通过自动抽吸和模拟弹烟灰二个过程来实现对卷烟的测试。以直径7.7 mm、长度84 mm的样品进行了大量测试,得出的结果与人工测试的结果相符合,证明该方法及装置的可行性。

Design and Application of the Test Apparatus for the Cigarette Combustion Cone
Abstract:In order to test whether the combustion cone of a cigarette can be caused by the projectile soot, a new method is proposed, and a new method is designed to test the drop rate of cigarette. Using the negative pressure air blower,the air path of the solenoid valve to realize the automatic suction of the cigarette, the cigarette to simulate the cigarette smoke cigarette to simulate the person's playing the cigarette smoke,automatic device through the automatic suction and simulation of the two process to achieve the cigarette test. A large number of tests have been carried out with the sample of 7.7 mm and length of 84 mm. The result of the test is in accordance with the results of the manual test, which proves the feasibility of the method and the device.
