摘    要:目的]测定酵母废水的厌氧生物可降解性,讨论厌氧处理对不同分子量范围有机物的去除效率。方法]采用普通血清瓶培养法与UV254分光光度法。结果]酵母废水经厌氧降解,COD去除率达到78.4%,BD为80.6%,表明利用厌氧生物法处理废水能取得较好的效果。厌氧降解后分子量0~1、1~3、3~10、10~30、〉30k的废水中有机物去除率分别为85.9%、71.4%、56.7%、83.5%和68.6%。结论]焦糖色素、大分子蛋白质是酵母废水中难降解的主要物质。
