番茄类筋腐病病因探讨

摘    要:采用石蜡切片显微照相技术鉴定了番茄类筋腐病的发病原因。结果表明:番茄类筋腐病系低温冷害造成后的一种生理性病害。低温下番茄果实表皮细胞脱落,角质层变薄,内部细胞扁平化造成果实表面褐化、粗糙、不同成熟期果实抗冷性不同,发病程度亦不同。

Abstract:The causes of similar rib rot were arrayed by cut paraffin section photomicrography. The results demonstrated that tomato similar rib rot was a kind of physiological disturbance, which was caused by low tem- perature. Under low temperature, the epidermal cells of tomato fruit fell,the cuticle layer thinned. Flattening en- dotrophic cells caused the brown and coarse surface of fruit. The fruits in different maturity had different resis- tance to chill and had different symptoms.
