| 摘 要： | 有效提升大学生创新创业能力是当前我国高等教育必须重视的一个重要任务。当前，大学生对创新创业相关政策不够了解、学校对大学生创新创业教育不够重视、政府政策支持力度不足等制约了大学创新创业能力的提升。因此，大学生要正确认识创新创业的重要性，提高自身创新创业的主动性和积极性；高校要通过深入贯彻全国教育大会精神，推进教育教学改革，培养全面发展的创新创业人才；政府要进一步加强相关政策支持，强化政策落实，优化环境，切实推进大学生创新创业活动。

| Abstract: | To effectively improve college students'' innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important task for higher education in China. However, at present, with college students not knowing relevant policies about innovation and entrepreneurship, universities not paying enough attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the government policy support being insufficient, the improvement of university innovation and entrepreneurship ability is then restricted. Accordingly, college students should correctly understand the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship, and improve their initiative and enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship; Colleges and universities should implement the spirit of the national education conference, promote the reform of education and teaching, and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with all-round development; The government should further strengthen the support in policymaking and policy implementation, optimize the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, and effectively promote college students'' innovation and entrepreneurship activities. |
