| 摘 要： | 长三角区域经济发展活跃，开放程度高，创新能力强。长三角一体化发展战略在推进新媒体与美丽乡村融合创新建设中，具有较强激发作用。应充分发挥长三角一体化发展背景下新媒体所具备的普适化与高频化创新性、常态化跨界融合性、协同化文化交融性等优势。运用顶层战略设计思维，深入挖掘新媒体适度区域化联动融合、脱贫攻坚成果延续深耕、乡村生态文明传承创新等设计战略特性。通过建立智能化生态创新平台、创设数字乡村多增长极微传媒系统、架构乡村智媒体互联网涉农服务体系、构建沉浸式智媒体交互系统等设计战略模式，推动乡村振兴。

| Abstract: | The Yangtze River Delta region is noted for its active economic development, high degree of openness and strong innovation capability. The strategy for integrated development of the region plays a major role in stimulating the innovative integration of new media and beautiful countryside construction. For this reason, we should bring the advantages of the new media, such as the universalized high-frequent innovation, the normalized cross-border integration and the collaborative cultural combination, into full play. Moreover, the thought of top-level strategic design should be adopted to strengthen the moderate regionalized linkage and integration of new media, consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, and improve the inheritance and innovation of rural ecological civilization. Furthermore, rural revitalization could be promoted by means of building intelligent ecological innovation platform, designing rural digital micro-media system of multi-growth, creating service system with intelligent media and internet for rural areas, and constructing immersive interaction system of intelligent media. |
