抗生素对迟钝爱德华氏菌的体外抑菌试验

摘    要:[目的]研究12种抗生素及8组联合药物对迟钝爱德华氏菌体外抑菌效果,为治疗鱼类爱德华氏菌病提供参考。[方法]采用试管二倍稀释法,通过测定抗生素对迟钝爱德华氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC),筛选适宜抗生素。[结果]硫酸庆大霉素、卡那霉素硫酸盐、盐酸四环素的抑菌效果最好,其MIC分别为0.05、0.80、1.60 μg/ml,MBC分别为0.05、3.20、100.00 μg/ml。联合药物中硫酸庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素+盐酸四环素、氨苄青霉素+链霉素的抑菌效果最好,其最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度均为0.05 μg/ml。[结论]通过抗生素对爱德华氏菌的体外抑菌效果,确定单独使用选择硫酸庆大霉素、卡那霉素硫酸盐、盐酸四环素,联合药物选择硫酸庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素+盐酸四环素、氨苄青霉素+链霉素较适宜。
