丰产剂2号蘸花对番茄果实各部位糖分及淀粉含量的影响

摘    要:研究了丰产剂2号蘸花对不同发育期番茄果实单果质量、果实各部位糖分组成和含量及淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:丰产剂2号蘸花明显提高单果质量;在番茄果实各发育期,丰产剂2号蘸花的果实各部位糖分组成和含量的总体变化趋势与对照基本相同,果柄维管束中主要含蔗糖,果实其他部位主要含果糖和葡萄糖,果糖和葡萄糖含量在成熟时达到最高;但丰产剂2号蘸花处理的果实中果糖和葡萄糖含量增幅高于对照,说明丰产剂2号蘸花处理可以全面提高番茄果实中可溶性糖的含量。而丰产剂2号蘸花处理对淀粉含量的影响不明显。

Abstract:Tomato cv.Liaoyuanduoli was cultivated in greenhouse in order to take different parts of the first fruit in the first cluster.The single fruit weight,the contents of sucrose,fructose,glucose and starch were determined.The results indicated that single fruit weight increased under Fengchanji 2(PCPA) treatment.The changing tend of composition and content of carbohydrate in different parts during fruit development was the same between Fengchanji 2 treatment and control.Sucrose was the predominant sugar in the vascular bundles of peduncle,while glucose and fructose were the predominant sugars in other parts of fruits.Fructose and glucose reached to peak point during mature point of fruits and the contents of fructose and glucose by Fengchanji 2 treatment were higher than those of control.This indicated that the content of soluble sugars increased by Fengchanji 2 treatment.The effect on the content of starch was not obvious by Fengchanji 2 treatment.
