摘    要:目的]为冬小麦的高产优质栽培提供理论依据。方法]以超高产中筋冬小麦品种鲁麦22和高产优质强筋冬小麦品种烟农15为试材,采用池栽方式进行研究。结果]开花后14 d内烟农15蛋白质及其组分的积累与种鲁麦22没有显著差异,开花14 d后积累加快,含量显著高于鲁麦22。起身期追施氮肥显著影响籽粒游离氨基酸的积累与供应;开花期追氮导致谷蛋白含量降低;与挑旗期相比,拔节期追氮使谷蛋白的积累受到较大影响,谷蛋白大聚合体含量显著降低;以挑旗期追氮对籽粒蛋白质及其各组分以及谷蛋白大聚合体的积累最有利,其次是拔节期追施氮肥。鲁麦22以拔节期追氮产量最高,挑旗期次之;烟农15以拔节期与挑旗期追氮产量最高,起身期次之。结论]鲁麦22以拔节期追施氮肥效果最好,烟农15以挑旗期追施氮肥效果最好。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the theoretical basis for the cultivation of winter wheat with high yield and good quality.Method] With winter wheat variety Lumai 22 with super-high yield and middle gluten and winter wheat variety Yannong 15 with high yield and strong gluten as tested materials,the research was made by using the mode of pool culture.Result] The accumulation of protein and its components in Yannong 15 had no significant difference with that in Lumai 22 within 14 days after flowering.After 14 days for flowering,this accumulation was quickened and the content in Yannong 15 was significantly higher than that in Lumai 22.Dressing N fertilizer in setting stage significantly affected the accumulation and supply of free amino acids in grain.Dressing N fertilizer in flowering stage led to the decrease of glutelin content.Compared with flagging stage,dressing N fertilizer in jointing stage greatly affected the accumulation of glutelin and the content of glutenin macropolymer was significantly decreased.Dressing N fertilizer in flagging stage was most favorable for the accumulation of grain protein and its components,glutenin macropolymer,followed by that in jointing stage.The yield of Lumai 22 was highest under dressing N fertilizer in jointing stage,followed by that in flagging stage.The yield of Yannong 15 was highest under dressing N fertilizer in jointing stage and flagging stage,followed by that in setting stage.Conclusion] The effect of dressing N fertilizer in jointing stage for Lumai 22 was best and that in flagging stage for Yannong 15 was best.
