等离子技术在弗氏链霉菌和侧耳属菌种诱变选育中的应用

摘    要:在室温常压条件下利用等离子射流对抗生素生产菌种弗氏链霉菌和侧耳属进行诱变,通过对菌落观察和死亡率、变异率、发酵能力的筛选统计,确定针对该两种微生物诱变的最佳照射时间分别为240—270s和25—30S,并分别从中筛选出高于出发株10.4%和9.6%的菌株。本实验可为菌种的诱变选育提供参考。

Abstract:In the use of plasma jet were mutated antibiotic producing strain of room temperature and atmospheric pressure conditions, by screening the statistics of the colonies were observed and mortality rate, mutation rate, fermentation ability. Summarize the best exposure time of actinomycetes and fungi microbial mutagenesis, were selected from 10.4% and 9.6% higher than the original strain strain.
