摘    要:本试验采用农杆菌介导的遗传转化方法获得了1个菌落生长缓慢型的突变体,通过抗性基因(hph)的扩增及分子杂交验证了T-DNA以单拷贝的方式插入基因组中.对突变体的一些生物学性状与野生型CX-3比较,结果发现突变体的菌落生长速度是野生型CX-3的42%,其产孢量为野生弄CX-3的18%,但是对离体玉米叶片的致病力与野生型C...

Abstract:A slow-growth mutant was obtained by Agrobacterium-Mediated transformation in this study.T-DNA as a single copy integrated into genome by using the method of resistant gene amplification and Southern hybridization.The biological characteristics of mutant were compared with the wild type stain.The results showed that the colony growth rate of the mutant was 42%,and sporulation was 18%,while there was no obvious difference in pathogenicity on detached maize between the two strains.The right flanking sequence ...
