| Abstract: | Lactobacillus acidophilus in dairy products is closely related to human health,with deeper and deeper study of many domestic and foreign scholars on the biological properties,functionality and application of Lactobacillus acidophilus.The increasing recognition of the probiotic properties of Lactobacillus acidophilus.are realized,and its probiotic properties and its application in various industries are studied in this paper. |
