| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障超声乳化手术治疗原发性急性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效.方法对33例（35只眼）确诊为原发性急性闭角型青光眼的患者行白内障超声乳化手术治疗,分别评估术前、术后1周及1个月患者的最佳矫正视力、眼压、前房深度及前房角宽度.结果术后所有病例视力较术前均有不同程度的改善;前房深度较术前明显加深;眼压明显低于术前眼压（均P〈0.01）,具有统计学意义;前房角镜检查提示：术后房角均较术前不同程度的开放.结论超声乳化手术治疗合并有白内障的原发性急性闭角型青光眼是一种有效可行的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacomulsification on primary acute angle-closure glaucoma（PACG） with cataract.Method Pacoemulisification was performed in 33 patients（35 eyes） with PACG.The best corrected visual acuity（BCVA）,Iop（intraocular pressure）,anterior chamber depth（ACD） and anterior chamber angle width were measured on the 7th day before the operation and after the operation,and 30th day after the operation.Results The visual cases was improved in different extent;the deepening of anterior chamber depth was found;Iop was reduced obviously after the operation,and there was a significant difference between the pre-operation and post-operation in it;the angles examined by gonioscopy after the operation were wider than those before the operation.Conclusion Phacomulsification is an effective therapy for PACG with cataract. |
