三色堇无土栽培技术

摘    要:采用3种营养液(MS、园试配方、霍格氏配方)对三色堇进行无土栽培试验.在营养生长期,喷施园试营养液三色堇株高生长较快,叶片数量较多,其次是MS营养液,霍格氏缓慢;霍格氏营养液促进三色堇功能叶长度和宽度生长效果好,其次是MS营养液,园试营养液最短;喷施园试配方营养液的三色堇嫩叶和功能叶中叶绿素含量较高,霍格氏配方处理的三色堇老叶中叶绿素含量较高,说明园试配方更适宜三色堇的无土栽培.

Abstract:Viola tricolor L.soilless culture was studied spraying 3 kinds of nutrient fluids which were MS,garden tries formula and Hogue agricultural formula.The stem of Viola tricolor var.hortensisi DC.grew fastter and there were more leaves spraying garden formula than MS and Hogue agricultural formula during vegetative growth.The leaf length and width grew fastter spraying Hogue agricultural formula than MS and garden formula.There was more chlorophyll in tender leaf and function leaf spraying garden formula than others.There was more chlorophyll in older leaf spraying Hogue agricultural formula nutrient fluid.Garden formula nutrient fluid was good at Viola tricolor L.soilless culture.
