台湾青枣的离体培养

摘    要:为克服台湾青枣嫁接育苗繁殖系数低的缺陷,加速苗木繁殖,以MS为基本培养基,选用不同种类和浓度的植物生长调节剂组合,对台湾青枣进行了离体培养,从外植体诱导培养中,愈伤组织产生率和愈伤组织质量及愈伤组织在继代培养基中生长情况的观测,筛选出了较理想的愈伤组织诱导培养基和继代培养基.较理想的以幼果为外植体的愈伤组织诱导培养基是:MS 0.5mg/L2,4-D 0.1mg/LKT;较理想的以带腋芽的茎段作外植体的愈伤组织诱导培养基是:MS 1.0mg/L2,4-D 0.1mg/LKT;较理想的继代培养基是MS 0.1mg/L ZT.

Abstract:This paper probes into the combination of different kinds and concentrations of growth regulators according to callus production rate of explants,callus weight of explants in primary culture medium and callus progression in subculture medium in basis of MS culture medium in Taiwanqingzao of Ziziphus muaritiana. The suitable primary medium and the suitable subculture medium have been selected out.The suitable primary medium of young fruits selected as explants is MS culture medium +0.5 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L KT.The suitable primary medium of budding stemsticks selected as explants is MS culture medium+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L KT.The suitable subculture medium is MS culture medium +0.1 mg/L ZT.
