水稻秸秆还田对土壤溶液养分与酶活性的影响

摘    要:水稻秸秆还田对于增加土壤有机质,减少碳排放具有重要意义。试验针对寒地水稻,在连续三年水稻秸秆还田条件下,研究了秸秆还田对土壤溶液中氮、磷、钾含量和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:水稻生育期间,秸秆还田与不还田处理土壤溶液中无机氮含量均呈现降低升高再降低的变化动态;土壤溶液中磷、钾含量呈逐渐降低的变化趋势;秸秆还田使水稻分蘖期土壤溶液中无机氮含量和整个生育期间土壤溶液中磷含量降低,增加了钾的含量。秸秆还田处理降低了土壤脲酶的活性,提高了蔗糖酶活性,对酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶无明显影响。

Abstract:Rice straw returning plays an important role in both increasing soil organic matter and reducing carbon emissions.This experiment focus on the cold rice,and studies the effect of the straw returning on nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in soil solution and soil enzyme activities under the condition of straw returning for three years.The result showed that during the period of rice growing,the inorganic nitrogen in soil solution exhibited a low-high-low curve on straw returning or not.The content of phosphorus and potassium in soil solution was decreasing.The rice straw returning made the content of inorganic nitrogen at tillering stage reduce,and made the content of phosphorus during the whole growth in soil solution reduce.What's more,it made the content of potassium increase at the same time.Straw returning treatment reduced the soil the activity of urease and increased activity of sucrose.In addition,straw returning treatment has less effect on acid phosphatase and catalase.
