摘    要:食用菌产业升级存在其领域内的特殊性,电子商务运营效果不佳、产业升级转型成效不显著是其当前存在的显著问题。通过对食用菌电商运营进行研究分析,把握食用菌领域电商运营发展现状和问题,针对性地提出加大电子商务对食用菌升级助推的对策建议,对食用菌产业升级科学有效发展具有指导作用。

Abstract:Within the edible fungi industry, e-commerce has started, and it has gradually become a new engine to promote the structural adjustment and upgrading of the edible fungi industry. The edible fungi industry upgrade has its own particularities in the field. Poor e-commerce operation results and insignificant industrial upgrade transformation effects are currently significant problems. Therefore, the research and analysis of edible fungi e-commerce operations are carried out to grasp the current status and problems of edible fungi e-commerce operation and development, and put forward targeted countermeasures to increase ecommerce to promote the edible fungi upgrade.
