大王枣的环剥效应*

摘    要: 为充分发挥生产潜力,促使结果,对大王枣的幼树进行了不同时期的环剥处理,环剥的位置在主干距地面约20 cm处,环剥切口的宽度约0.5 cm。测定了氨基酸的含量、发枝数与座果情况、可溶性固形物、与过氧化氢酶活性。环剥处理增加了枣果实中氨基酸的含量,13种氨基酸和氨的含量,环剥树均高于未环剥树,天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、谷氨酸、氨的含量环剥树显著地高于未环剥树。增加了环剥口下的侧枝发生数,发枝数以7月中旬的环剥处理为最多。增加了座果率与果实的可溶性固形物含量,果实成熟较未环剥树早。环剥时期以6月上旬对枣果的座果提高效果较好,环剥处理降低了叶片的过氧化氢酶的活性。叶片的过氧化氢酶活性与座果率呈负相关。环剥树的产量最高, 叶片过氧化氢酶活性最低。环剥树果实的过氧化氢酶活性较叶片低。

Abstract:In order to promote the jujube yield potentiality,actuate bearing fruits, young tree of dawang jujubes were girdled about 0.5cm wide at the position 20cm to base of tree in different times. The amino acid content, the branches number, fruits setting, soluble solid contents and catalase activity were measured. The band girdling treatment increase the content of amino acid in fruits,13 amino acids and ammonia contents in fruits of girdling trees were more than the trees without girdling. The content of the aspartic acid, proline, phenylalanine, glutamate, and ammonia in fruits in band girdling tree were much more in fruits of trees without band girdling. The band girdling treatment increased the lateral shoot development from girdle to base. the lateral shoot development was most when it was girdled in the middle of July. The band girdling treatment Increased the fruit-bearing rate and soluble solid contents in fruits. The fruits ripe time of girdling trees were earlier than trees without girdling, to increase the fruit setting, the girdling time was best in the beginning of june in trail. The band girdling treatment decreased the catalase activity in leaves. It showed the negative correlation between the catalase activity and fruit-bearing rate. Yield of girdling trees were highest, but catalase activity in leaves in girdling trees were lowest, catalase activity in fruits was lower than leaves in the girdling trees.
