奶牛胚胎移植黄牛应用技术研究

摘    要:超排处理黑白花奶牛58头,有效47头,头均获卵7.2±5.2枚(340/47),可移胚4.7±4.3枚(220/47)。两种超排方法比较试验,低剂量预处理超排组头均获卵8.2±5.3枚(164/20),可移胚5.2±4.3枚(103/20),高于常规超排组头均获卵数6.5±5.1枚(176/27),可移胚数4.3±4.3枚(117/27)。鲜胚移植农户饲养的黄牛受体,其受胎率为44.6%(41/92)。

Abstract:58 donors were superovulated with FSH. of these donors, 47 donors showed eficiency of superovu-late. Average 4. 7±4. 3(220/47)transferable embryos per donor were recovered 7 days after insemination. Transferable embryos of 20 donors pretreated with 3~7mg FSH are more than those of 27 donors unpretreated. After transfered to synchronized recipents 92 yellow cattle with 102 embryos, 41 cattle were pregnant. The average pregnant rate were 44. 6%.
