汽车多片钢板弹簧刚度分析的一种新模型及计算方法

摘    要:提出了求解汽车多片钢板弹簧刚度的一种新模型及计算方法。基于曲线梁理论,整合出一种全新的适合于汽车多片钢板弹簧刚度分析的的一阶矩阵微分方程,并借助于精细积分法建立了一种高精度的计算方法。文中给出了计算实例,通过与其它几种计算方法的比较,有力验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A new model and calculation method to solve the stiffness of multi-leaf spring is presented in this paper.Based on the curved beam theory,a new first order differential matrix equation which used for multi-leaf spring is integrated.By using the precise integration method,a calculation method with high efficiency and precision is established.An example is offered to show the effectiveness of this method,compared to other methods.
