| 摘 要： | 随着园林花卉产业的迅速崛起,多倍体育种成为新品种选育的重要手段。目前,秋水仙素人工化学诱变仍然被认为是多倍体育种中最有效、成绩最为显著的一条途径。本文对近年来秋水仙素在国内花卉多倍体育种中的应用,从化学诱变作用机理、诱变方法及其研究进展等方面进行了系统的综述。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Landscape Flower Indusry,polypiod breeding has been become an important means for selecting new varieties.The way of Colchicines artificial chemical mutation being considered to be a high efficiency and statistically significant method is still continuously used at present.This paper reviewed the research methods and application status of polypiod breeding of landscape flower in colchicnes in china. |
