摘    要:以经N 诱变后的福鼎大自茶种子为原始材料,经系统选种和无性繁殖,育成了综合性状优良的茶树新品系“茶农8号”。经1998-2003年品种比较实验,结果表明:该品系春季萌发期较早;绿茶品质佳,尤以香气和滋味表现突出;鲜叶中生化成分含量丰富,比例协调,其中含茶多酚27.89%、咖啡碱4.55%、氨基酸2.01%、茶多糖2.04%、水浸出物50.49%;对倒春寒的抗性较强,抗虫害能力强。

Abstract:The clone seeds of Fuding-dabaicha were induced by nitrogen ions implantation, and an improved tea cultivar "Chanong NO. 8" had been selected by means of systematic selection and vegetative propagation. Based on the cultivars comparative test from 1998 to 2003, "Chanong NO. 8" sprouted earlier in spring than the control cultivars, and had excellent quality of green tea, especially in the aspects of aroma and taste. Moreover, the contents of biochemical components were abundant in fresh leaves, and their ratios were harmonious. The fresh leaves contained 27. 89% tea polyphenols, 4. 55% caffeine,2. 01% amino acids, 2. 04% polysaccharides and 50. 49% water extract. "Chanong NO. 8" had strong resistance to pests and abnormal coldness after spring came.
