摘    要:目的]探讨海水养殖废水氨氮降解菌的筛选及其最佳培养条件。方法]通过亚硝化细菌筛选和反硝化细菌筛选方法,从海水养殖废水中分离筛选出亚硝化细菌和反硝化细菌各1株,命名为ZW38和ZL5,并对其最佳培养条件进行了研究。结果]经鉴定,菌株ZW38属于亚硝化单胞菌属,菌株ZL5属于副球菌属。两菌株在37℃条件均获得最大生物量,但菌株ZW38生长缓慢,最适生长pH值是6.0~8.0;而菌株ZL5的稳定期较长,到38 h时达到最大生物量,最适生长pH值是6.0~7.5。当摇床转速为130 r/m in时,菌株ZW38在装液量为40 m l/250 m l时生长最好;菌株ZL5在装液量为20 m l/250 m l~80 m l/250 m l的生长情况无显著差异。结论]将ZW38和ZL5联合应用可以有效地将海水养殖废水中的氨态氮降解成为对环境无毒无害的气态氮。

Research on the Screening of Ammonia Nitrogen Degradation Bacteria in Marine Culture Wastewater and Its Culture Condition

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss on the screen of ammonia nitrogen degradation bacteria in marineculture wastewater and its optimum culture condition.Method] Through the screening of the nitrosobacteria and the denitrobacteria,each strain of nitrosobacteria and denitrobacteria was separated and screened resp.form the marine culture wastewater,named as ZW38 and ZL5,and their optimum culture conditions were studied.Result] The identification showed that the strain ZW38 belonged to Nitrosomonas and ZL5 belonged to Paracoccus.2 strains all obtained the most biomass at 37 ℃,but the strain ZW38 grew slowly and its optimum growth pH value was 6.0-8.0;the strain ZL5 had longer stationary phase,which reached the most biomass at 38 h and its optimum growth pH value was 6.0-7.5.When the rotation speed was 130 r/min,the strain ZW38 growth was best when the liquid volume in flask was 40 ml/250 ml and the strain ZL5 growth was not remarkably different when liquid volume in flask was 20 ml/250 ml-80 ml/250 ml.Conclusion] The combined application of strains ZW38 and ZL5 could effectively degrade the ammoniacal nitrogen in marineculture wastewater into the gaseous nitrogen with the poisonless and harmless in the environment.
