| 摘 要： | 对龙眼石硖品种的果实，通过扫描电镜进行观察，发现其外果皮表面蜡质少，未形成连续层状；角质层薄，石细胞间隙多，空隙大；皮孔通道与石细胞空隙相通。这些显微结构易引起果实的生理病害和传染性病害，从而导致果实不耐贮藏。

| Abstract: | By using scanning electron microscope,fruit structure of Euphoria longan was examined,which showed wax in fruit outer covering was small in quantities and formed an incomplete layer, and horny layer in fruit coats was thin,also,the lenticel ducts connected with the interstices between parenchypa cells that were large and presented in great numbers.These microstructures were facilitated to the occurrances of physiological disorders and infectious diseases of fruit, which caused the preservation of fruit unendurable. |
